■ バイザーモニター この年末年始の空いた時間で、サンバイザーへのモニター取付けの加工を行った。 モニターを埋め込む為に、バイザーの中のクッション？（発泡剤）をモニターは入る部分を削除。 裏側のミラーを外し、代わりにアクリル板に、ミラーフィルムの貼付け。 ランプ＆モニターの切替が出来る様に、スイッチの取付と、配線加工。 バイザーのスライドに対応が出来る様に、映像ケーブルの伸縮等、実際の取付け動作等を確認しながらの作業であった。 試作（？）の為、不要部分等のカット・研磨で有った為、多少余計な部分に、あまり目立たないが、傷が残ってしました。 出来上がりは、ミラー機能とモニターの両方が使用でき、取付け部分も目立たなく満足のいく取付が出来た。 ただ今後、今一度ミラー部分のカット等をやり直し、傷のない物の取り付け、ミラー部分を、アクリル板でなく、ガラスを使用し鏡面の反射を上げて、ミラーをもう少し見やすくしたいと思う。 ＊画像のモニター映像は、余り良く映っていませんが、実際はもっと映像が綺麗です。4.3インチモニターでサイズは大きくないですが、あまり大きすぎる物より、返って丁度良いサイズかも？ 日時 2009年01月05日 23:28 | 固定リンク | コメント (20)
