■ エアルーバーカバー　メッキ化 以前メッキを行った事があるが、剥れてしまい、現在は100用のカバーで代用していた。 メッキ加工用に既に、新品で部品は購入して有ったのだが、暫く放置状態であった。 新品で取り寄せた部品は、ABS樹脂（？）素材に、下地塗装のサフェーサが塗られていたが、この塗装が雑である。 （加工依頼前に、サンドペーパーで、表面を研磨する事に） また、カバーのネット部分は金属製なので、材質が違う物が混同されているより、一種類の方が良いらしいので、ネット部分は外して送り、別途車体と同色に塗装する事にした。 最近、「みんから」で、メッキ加工をされた方（土佐鶴さん）がおられたので、価格・品質等の情報を教えていただき、問い合わせをしてみた。 http://www.body-yohin.co.jp/ 有限会社　四国車体用品商会さん経由で、メッキ加工工場に直接部品を送り、素材の確認・見積もり依頼。 価格は、教えていただいた金額より、少し高めではあったが、やはり、100用の代用ではなく、シグナスの形状の物にしたかった為、加工を依頼する事にした。 出来上がりは、来年1月中旬くらいとの事である。 日時 2008年12月22日 18:54 | 固定リンク | コメント (20)
