■ ヘッドレストモニター取付 懸案事項になっていたヘッドレストモニターだが、チョット時間が出来たので、気まぐれで試作用のVXのモケットヘッドで試してみた。 まずは、モニターのサイズを測り、切り取る寸法・取付位置の確定。 あくまで試作用のヘッドレストなので、大胆にカット・中の構造を確認！ ヘッドレストのアームは、「U」の字型になっており、当初は社外品の様に配線等を、パイプの中を通そうと思っていたのだが、諦めることにした。 純正後部座席モニターの厚みも充分納めることも出来るし、内部を見て、固定方法も何とかなりそうである。 実際の切抜き作業は、初めてにも関らず、1時間も掛からなかった。 次回は、左右2個でも以外に短時間で作業が済みそうである。 その前に、コネクター等を注文して、分岐配線を作成しなければ。 実際の取付作業は、来週に出来ればと思っている。 気が向いたら、ヘッドレスト埋め込みモニターのマニュアルも作成しようと思う。 日時 2008年10月10日 20:53 | 固定リンク | コメント (20)
